Their ‘Big City’ brunch features an à la carte menu of all your favourite weekend dishes – choose from sweet waffles, eggs a dozen ways, the ‘Full Monty’ breakfast platter, seafood, fish, steaks, burgers, vegan options, and Union’s famous roast rib of beef (with roast potatoes and all the trimmings). And don’t forget about bottomless bubbles too.
