Cayman Mangrove Festival

Join the Cayman Islands Mangrove Rangers for a day of art and fun in celebration of World Mangrove Week.

A fun-filled day of activities and mangroves! Learn about what the Cayman Islands Mangrove Rangers do and how you can get involved. There will also be art from students and local artists on display all day. Storytelling, face painting, crafts, photo booth, learning stations, mangrove fashion show with Miss Cayman Universe and a Happy Hour with live music! Create your own Mangrove themed costume and strut your stuff for a chance to be crowned best costume by Miss Cayman Universe.

CALL TO YOUNG ARTISTS: World Mangrove Day art show. Open to Cayman Islands primary, secondary and university students. Submissions should highlight the environmental, economic and/or cultural importance of mangrove habitats in the Cayman Islands.
