To change or cancel a booking, please select the YOUR BOOKING link at the top of the home page of caymanvisitor.com and then use the form to communicate your request. Please note the following Change and Cancellation Policies:
1. If your request is at 10 business days of your scheduled tour/excursion, Cayman Visitor will:

  • Change your reservation dates as long as a new date is available
  • Cancel your reservation and refund your payment as requested. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

If your request is within 10 business days of your scheduled tour/excursion, Cayman Visitor will make every attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes or refunds.
